How to set up the nentendo 64 step by step plzz?

i just got the nentendo 64 out my loft to play zelda ocarina of time and cant get it working i have the pluged into the wall obiously and have the rf out cable plugged into my telly in the ariel bit but there is no yellow red and white cable do i need it.(is that a stupid question ?) or do i need to tune it in on my telly whitch is a new hd telly btw
