Lost my last set of invisalign ...?

I was on my last set, and actually went at the beginning of October to get my mold for the last set (what they called the "refining aligner"). I haven't gotten them yet. I used to wear them all the time, but for the last 2 months I've been wearing them for only sleeping and my dentist doesn't have an issue about that. 2 days ago I lost them and now I don't know how it will affect my teeth. They look fine but I'm afraid my dentist will notice. Will there be any big problem with this?
