Will I still get stuff from colleges in the mail even though I got a bad PSAT score?

Yeah probably. Colleges are businesses, so they want to attract clients, that is students. That's not really an awful score anyway. No one pays attention to the PSAT anyway... the only thing it's good for is if you get a National Merit Scholarship. Read a lot of books so that you can do well on the reading and writing portions of the SAT. SAT prep courses are a total waste of money.
