Did Hillary essentially say NAFTA would be a boon to the economy?

FackCheck has ruled it false, Hillary didn't say it. Obama is showing that he's just a politician who'll say just about anything to get votes - Obama is using similar tactics from the old dirty style politics that Karl Rove used.
