How much weight can i lose in 6 days?

1-2 pounds. dont be disappointed -.- i know it sounds like a little..im on a diet myself. try walking 3.5 miles a day for a week. trust me that works...it just worked for me. im very proud of you for eating healthy foods. water is amazing! good job. dont get discouraged.keep up with what you are doing...for 2 weeks,...if you see results then ..continue to do it...it will motivate you. if probably took a long time to put on all that extra weight..so it will take a while to take it off. good luck!
