My friend NEEDS HELP!!?

well my friend had found out he was a dad but he never did like the girl ......well the girl got pregnent at 16 and lke always it was a mistake..he had doughtsand wether the kid was his or not...and well her parents are thretening him....even though he is sending money..the girl is an ilega immigrent and so is her mom...she has a stepdad and we are pretty sure that hes a Nark....they all live in Brownsvill Tx...and the girl insist on talking to him to mack things work out.....he already has a girlfriend and they are ingaged...her stepdad came back to where thay used to live Dalton GA..he came back and confronted my friend and told hime that when ever he turns 21 that hes going to kill him......the stepdad is still over here and we dont know why.....there is no reason why he is over here...but people have told me that he has been whatchig my friend......i dont know what to do??? he tells me to just leave it alown and that he doesnt want to go to jail b/c of her haveing a kid at 16 and him being 18......i mean it wasnt all his fault....it was hers too.....she was the one too open her legs....but of cours its not the babys foult....i dont know what to do...and i dont know who to tell so that nothing will happen to my friend... what do i go?????
