What about this trade?

I wouldn't do it, yeah eli and jones are hurt (i would look for another RB since tatum bell is probably gonna take a lot of carries from jones) but wayne is essentially a #1 wideout on the best offense in the nfl. Brown you sort of need but I think Wayne makes of for the lack of RB depth. Crayton will be back to a #4 option once Glenn comes back and Bulger will put up big enough stats that you probably wouldn't start Eli very often anyways.
